Time: Carnival Starts 9:00am (Late Entries Taken From 8:00am and throughout the Day).
Entry Fee: U/6 to OPENS: $5-00 Per Event (or 7 Events per athlete $25.00) Tiny Tots: $10.00 per athlete (All Tiny Tots Receive an Award)
Late Entry Fee: (U/6 to OPENS): $7-00 Per Event (or 7 Events per athlete $40.00) Tiny Tots: $15.00 per athlete
Awards: Medals for 1 st , 2 nd and 3rd Placing’s In All Events, Participation Ribbons for all other athletes Pre Carnival Entry Closing
Date: Postal and Email entries close Friday 12th January 2018.
All track event medals given on times.
No finals will be run.
In keeping with the spirit of the day NO PROTESTS will be considered. There is no limit to number of events an athlete can enter. Events may be combined were insufficient entries are received.

State Multi-Event Championships
The State Multi-Event Championships are held on the first full weekend in March each year.
The 2017 State Multi-Event Championships will be held at Hunter Sports Centre, Glendale on Saturday & Sunday, 4 & 5 March 2017.
First event each day will be at 9am, with first call at 8.45am. Athletes participate in ALL of the events on offer for their particular age group. Performances for all events are allocated points, based on the LANSW Multi-Event pointscore system. The points are then added together to determine final results.

Mid South Coast Grand Prix
The Mid South Coast Grand Prix is contested over four (4) Carnivals hosted by Centres within the Zone each season. The Albion Park (already held), St Georges Basin (8th Nov), Lake Illawarra (29th Nov) and Shoalhaven Centres (17th Jan 2016) currently host these Carnivals.
Certain events at these Carnivals are deemed to be Grand Prix events. A document listing the Grand Prix events for each age group is available at the beginning of each season.
Centres also publish details of the Grand Prix events at their respective Carnivals.
